Sometimes I think of the way that Tea Partiers (in the political sense) have co-opted the tea party(a party involving the drinking of tea) and I wonder- what kind of tea are they drinking?

I think it's Lipton. Sold to them cheap in bulk by a huge organization, unsubtle, and liable to turn bitter and offend quickly.

I kind of want to just sit them down and brew them a proper cup of tea, or at least explain to them that it can be less bitter and gag-worthy if they add milk or lemon.
